Thank you for supporting my small business! I want you to love your purchase, but I understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds or returns are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds or returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Returns for reasons other than damage or defects (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact us at lauren.ashley.designs87@gmail.com or through the Contact Us section on the Home Page within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, follow the instructions provided to complete your return or refund request.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, if applicable.

  • For damaged or defective items, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, based on item availability.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
